Whether you ride BART, the Tube, the Metro, or some other sort of subway or mass transit system - you'll usually have a raised platform to stand on, while the trains run on sunken tracks below. I've talked to various friends about this, and found that there seems to be certain things that come to mind whilst in this setting.

I.. I'm always prepared to die of anything, really. I get chills whenever I wait for a train or a metro to come, because oh gross if I just stepped one little step I would be dead. ;_;

There isn't an option for me :(. I've had all of those thoughts, but these days I just don't think about the tracks so much, except to wonder about how many coyotes and rabbits get smashed on along the Antelope Valley line.

I have seen one very flat coyote.

I-I don't think have ever stood on any sort of raised platform at least not in my recent memory and gazed down contemplating 1) suicide 2) paranoia or 3)homicide. So....I'm not sure?

BUT how interesting that this sort of ties in to a sort of hilarious program I was watching about the way the brain functions XD I think I must post about it now. You'll see what I mean

So my first thought was ...for me to step off and fall onto the tracks... then i thought that sounds too suicidal and that's not good... so i went with the second thought which was to spill someone else's blood, :D much better! Too bad that it can happen too fast. ;) Paranoia didn't even cross my mind... humm... maybe I should develop that one. :/
