Good recipe. My neighbor gives me veggies sometimes from their garden. Today I got almost a pound of radishes! I'd have to eat approximately 10 pounds of salad to use these things up, so maybe I'll toss some into a soup.

I work at an organic food co-op, and there's always a ton of produce in the staff bin. It's always soup season!
