That's one of my favorites from a list a friend sent of a first grade class exercise where the teacher gave one of a proverb and the kids had to finish the rest. Some of them are too good, it makes me think it's fake, but some are lame and make me think it's real ( Read more... )

Glad you had such a good meeting. I wrote a post not too long ago about the self-perpetuating cycle of exercise. I found that while I exercised, I was less liable to need a full 8 hours and could handle the morning workouts more easily, it was just a matter of getting over the initial hump. However, I wrote the post because I had fallen off the other end of the spectrum due to hurting my knee. Now I am slowly contemplating putting morning exercise back into my life and not looking forward to the initial sleep troubles....

I like Network. It always reminds me that there's nothing new under the sun, and that things aren't getting worse, it's just as bad as it always was. Which is oddly soothing.

Working out in the morning is a good habit if you can make it. I always had a better time when I was doing morning workouts. Problem is, if you fall off the wagon it's a BITCH to get back on.
