Less of an ache and more like an acidic prickliness. It remains unresolved and its origins in doubt.

After talking to my behavior consultant, my acupuncturist, my boyfriend, my sister, and any friend who would listen, I have finally come to a decision. I won't be taking a summer class after all. After months and months of working, I have finally gotten under the 160 lbs. mark. ( Phew! )

Forgot to mention that I got on the scale this morning and I seem to have regained a pound of the two I had lost last week. It made me gumpy and grumbly because I had been cutting down on the food and went to the gym Monday, Tuesday and this morning and worked out for 40 minutes on an eliptical trainer machine. Things are feeling better all around. Yesteday I slept most of the day away and felt better than I have in days. I guess this emotional bullshit is pretty draining.
