    I think I'm getting that violin after all.
I really want to play. And I deserve a nice birthday present. I might have to train in the park (guess I'll freeze in the winter) but I don't care. Let's see if I'm really such a talent as they say.

Muahahaha! That's an interesting story.
I can't remember I've ever played. But seems I did - when I was really small (say 4-5 years old), I was thought to have a good ear for music and it was arranged that I'd play violin. The teachers back there were really happy with my test results etc. - or so my parents say. But before I could start an intensive training, I fell ill with kidneys, was hospitalized for half a year and couldn't really have any intensive hobby for several years afterwards (due to weakened immunity system). The violin teacher kept calling my parents for some time, asking them if I could come - and then finally gave up. However, I've been always drawn to violin and since I started living with Dana, I kept thinking I'd finally start playing. Only - well, violin is expensive, no real time and place to train... still, I think I'll try. Just for fun.

Thanks - but never mind, really. I almost forgot it all. Plus, I've never felt really sick and most of the precautions weren't that necessary. My parents and doctors just wanted to be careful...

I'll try and get one and see if I can really make something out of it. :D
