I compiled this list for wesleysgirl, but I thought I'd cross-post it here in hopes of luring some of you over to the Sentinel fandom... ;)

I've read a lot of newish TS fic lately so that I could make nominations for the Light My Fire Awards. Here are my favorites:

Hey, I want you to know that you're not on the list ONLY because
1) it was compiled from the last year's worth of posts on 852 Prospect (you've got to start posting there! I understand that a lot of TS readers and writers are anti-LJ, and so 852 is their main source for slashfic) and
2) I made this list for wesleysgirl, who already knows you and your work -- I assumed that she's already read your stuff. :)

However, I'm already compiling a list of stories to nominate for next year's LMFAs, and you're on it (for Reaching Out and Spoken in the Silence -- I don't usually go for PWPs, but yours are exceptional since they convey character information or weave an atmospheric web in addition to being meltingly hot)

It's been ages since I archived anywhere but my webpage because of time issues but I will; thanks for the tip.

And, gosh, I wouldn't have expected to be on the list; I only just got here! I'm still getting to know the characters and feeling my way. Thank you so much for the kind words; it's scary writing in a new fandom, especially one that's a well-established one, but everyone's been so welcoming and friendly and of course, I know a lot of you already :-)

P.S. I'm not sure if you know -- the 2006 LMFA noms list has a lot of old stories on it as well as newer ones (noms aren't restricted by date of posting), many of which I recommend but haven't compiled a list yet; the recs list I posted is only for recently posted fic.

Have you read the TS fanfic "classics"? Many of my favorites are on wesleysgirl's TS rec list -- it's a good place to start.
