::nods:: I had the same reaction to the few Firefly slashfics I've read -- well written, interesting, but no "must have more" twitch.

I think one of my reasons for branching out beyond the Buffyverse was to find out if my interest in slash was limited to this fandom. I've learned that it's not -- I've found some terrific original slash fic, The Sentinel (but slash isn't the only reason I'm drawn to the Sentinel -- I like the Sentinel genfic just as much) and, as I mentioned in my post, I'd probably enjoy Ray/Fraser in Due South and Marcus/Dr. Franklin B5. But I'm not drawn to slash in other fandoms at all.

eliade used to right Due South slash. I don't know if she does anymore. I'm sure it's still on her website.

Oh my god, no! Where is it? Link me up. I hate that Richard Biggs died. I loved him. Oh, I'd love to meet Jason Carter. I went to Dragon con one year, but the actress who played Da'lin (sp) got sick and left before I could meet her. I did meet Robin Atkin Downes at a Buffy con, of all things. Well, he was a bonus guest and he was two monsters in Buffy. I can't remember which one.

I loved that show. I squealed when Xander talked about his B5 plate collection. A friend of mine called me during that episode and teased, "Don't you wish you had those?"

Due South is great - did you see Frazer-in-drag? *gigglesnort*.

Ooo! Thanks for the pimp! *snog*. *gratuitous gropage*.

Not a huge Sci Fi fan myself - I think I put myself off after that Snyder/Quark drabble ... *shudder*.

Snyder/Quark would put anyone off! :)

I missed the Fraser-in-drag ep -- one more reason to consider buying the DVDs!
