a really close friend of mine miscarried on sunday. i am so so sad for her. i also was really worried about how to handle it. we work together too, and i am acutely aware that being around me might not be the easiest thing for her. i donated some money and am having 15 trees planted to honor her lost baby. i sent her an email saying how sorry

What is with obgyns and crazy wait times?? Every plain old annual appointment I've had with this one guy for the past many years has been two hours of me in the waiting room, and then 15 minutes of actual appointment. It's outrageous! I understand his time is important, but so is mine!

seriously so lame.
im switching docs. i got even angrier about it today. i dont care how good of a doc he is. i also had been kind of freaked about going to a male doc anyway. i always felt more comfortable with a female gyn. now im gonna go to a friend's doc who seems nice and capable.
