I doubt you don't already know this, but I'll say it anyway, I adore your Kohaku dear!~ He's perfectly grouchy and short tempered, but you've done well in bringing out the fact he's not a complete simpleton, and while blunt, knows what he's talking about.

I apologise for my fail of late, but I will make it up to you, and hopefully we can revel in a bit of plotting soon. <3

What honestly like about Kohaku is that, sure, he's a short fuse douchebag - but he's a short fuse douchebag who every now and then thinks, and who obviously has some sort of probably self-defined moral code. He isn't a jerk for the sake of being a jerk, and even said jerkishness can be deterred. I think it's cute and a good job =o= b
