THAT LITTLE SNIPPET really in a way REMINDED me how much fun even silly little one-off threads CAN be so I should thank you <33333333333333

This is not an HMD comment so much as it is a "let's do that thing we vowed to do someday okay LET'S MAKE IT HOT THIS JUST GOT REAL" comment but.

We totally need to do the thing with collecting the City legends and compiling them into a book. I am like poised on the precipice to start this thing off. WE SHOULD TOTALLY DO IT.

Also speaking of doing things I am totally excited about NEIL DIRECTING TODD'S PLAY and I remember this one offhand comment you made once upon a time on an OOC plotting thing somewhere that basically said "Well, I have to see what Rosella's doing because Neil plays favorites and will give her whatever part she wants first" and for some reason it just...it has always stood out in my head as this most beautiful thing. Neil plays favorites. He is not an objective director, he plays favorites! And for some reason that bitty little thing just made Neil all the more real for me, and I love it to death. ♥

I keep meaning to post something about that and not knowing how to start. I was thinking about it the other day on the subway, and what stories Neil would want to tell on his own.

Sob Neil will always play favorites while directing. He is kind of a terrible director, honestly, even if it works out in the end-- he doesn't really want to direct, he just wants to act, but he'll work his ass off doing whatever needs doing to get the show on the road to make his own opportunity. XD Still I bet it's chaos incarnate, and really most of the actors probably direct themselves halfway.

LIKE TWO MORE WEEKS AND I AM MOSTLY FREEEEE. Technically not til end of June, but after the 14th i don't have any real responsibilities.

I have a super special awesome stealth plan for how to kick it off. Rosella's like three days past the one-year anniversary of Sam being gone, and when Blue was here he did this thing where he recorded a bunch of musically-inclined people and kept their tapes so that even after they left, there'd still be a mark of them still here. And I was figuring I could have her ruminate on both of those and be like HEY WOULDN'T IT BE COOL TO DO THE SAME THING WITH STORIES and then we could get some kind of, like...massive group writing project thing going where people volunteer to contribute a story and then Rosella and Neil compile and organize all of them.

AND MAKE A BOOK OR SOMETHING IDK. I just think it'd be fun to do, both ICly and OOCly. Especially if we could get a bunch of people in on it.

I love Neil playing favorites forever.

You have quite literally no idea how much you turned cameron around for me, to the degree that I watch for her when I rewatch as much as for Chase. I miss playing with you more <3
