Things are definitely up and down right now. Not in that things are good and then get bad and then get good, just certain things are good but other things are definitely bad. Yesterday, out of the blue, my iPod stopped sending out sound from the audio jack. Which, considering it's sole purpose is playing music, is a HUGE problem! I googled the problem and found a LOT of websites with discussion about people having a similar problem. I was completely spoiled all last year. I took ONE graduate level class in the whole year. Ironically, 9 other units also will go towards my masters, but they were all technically undergrad classes that I took to either prepare for my require graduate level classes, or as electives to satisfy an elective requirement. I HAVE to vent about a frustration with one of my classes/teachers. I knew before even signing up for the class that she is tough, and has way higher expectations than she probably should of her students and their work. I took this picture at the San Jose Tech Museum. It's a robot that can spell out your name using those blocks, which is impressive because it means he can remember which block is where and how it's oriented, and knows exactly which to pick up and how much to turn them in order to spell your name.
