Shell-shocked curse is coming up, and Eden, who's already angry, is about to get angrier. But mostly at one target group; the British population of the City.
She's relieving her days as a terrorist "freedom fighter" and will be planting small bombs in the homes of any Citizen of British origin. These bombs are not enough to kill someone, they cause mainly smoke and fire damage. They're wired into the apartments, they're not projectiles, and won't cause structural damage (so roof and floor are completely safe from them). They may cause injury to people.
I'd like to add that they are COMPLETELY 100% optional. If you would rather not deal with it in your apartment, that's fine. But I stress that she's really only going after where people from the UK live (and she doesn't consider Ireland part of the UK, so if you're Irish, she won't be going after you).
They can start going off anywhere from 2am, and if you want to find one and disarm it I'm going to ask you let me know first, just a quick IM to ShinRa Brat should do the trick!
