Yoiu can tell this quiz was written by someone who falls into the "Judaism/Christianity section in two ways:
  • It is the box at the top left
  • Some of the questions assume Christian thinking and/or misrepresent other positions.
As an example of the second, I give you the question "Do you believe that eventually, science will be able to explain ( Read more... )

But, even then (Faith based -> lazy) <> (lazy -> faith-based)

And I'm fairly sure there are plenty of faith-based people who go to the gym regularly, anyway. Amount of exercise provides no information related to religion/philosophy.

That's free quizes for you - if anyone can write a quiz, anyone will. There's no quality control.

What annoys me in particular is that the creator of this quiz presumably considers himself somewhat "scientific", though this quiz is terribly unscientific.

Or perhaps it's just unreasonable? :-)

I was amused that I got 0% scientific (although 60% logic/reason). Funny, I've been a real scientist most of my life.

I got humanist, which I'm not averse to - though it arrived there by erroneoud assumptions as you say. But the way the categories are put, they imply exclusivity. I don't think there's any reason that you can't be a humanist and either an atheist or an agnostic.. and probably others things as well.

Agreed, indeed. Secular Humanism is Atheism, and agnosticism to a large extent doesn't really fit in there at all.
