What do we do with pedophiles?

Before you get all mad at me because of the picture below, I am NOT recommending murder as a way to deal with pedophiles. But consider this:

I advocate death for pedophiles. But then, I also advocate death for all criminals so.....

At the very least, pedophiles -- the ones who are obviously that -- should be locked up for life. Executing them would solve the problem, too, but there's always that chance of executing someone who turns out to be innocent. But confinement for life is the next best thing.
