Spread the other liberally with peanut butter (whether creamy or chunky-style is up to you). Put the two pieces together, with the mayonnaise on the one side facing the peanut

I just had a peanut-butter-and-mayo sandwich, as a matter of fact. It was pretty good. I don't know about any demons, though. ;-)
