I update it all the time, on many topics. Check out the tags along the left-hand side of the page; click on any that interest you, and it will bring up all the posts with that tag. Most posts are also cross-tagged to other subjects. If the print there is too small to read easily, copy and paste the list to a blank email, hit CTRL-A, then adjust the font size for the entire email to something you can read easily -- the font size here for that list is very small, and that's how I adjust it for my own vision. Tags are listed at the bottom of each post.
