Very happy about banning of hacks. Extremely unhappy about region locking.

I imported because I didn't want to wait two months for a carbon copy (and the AU release is a CC of the US release). Does this mean I'll have to buy the game again just to play over PBR?

Most likely, yes. Though I wouldn't blame Nintendo for that. :P

-Neon Colosseum is absolutely broken. It will make you want to throw your Wii remote at the screen and follow up with throwing your TV out the window. Why? Let's just say nothing is more frustrating than your opponent managing to use your Pokémon while you end up with a team filled with garbage Pokémon.

This is 100% true. God I hate Neon Colosseum.

-Pokémon that were created via illegit means WILL be turned into Bad Eggs upon copying into PBR. This include catching Pokémon in locations they were not meant to be caught, turning them into "shinies" when they weren't in the first place, having max EVs/IVs/stats, and just flat out being created via Pokesav. The Bad Eggs cannot be selected, thus making the Pokémon you intended to use pretty much unusable.

I just want to add that Pokemon that were caught using AR, GS, etc. but were received via the GTS seem to work fine, even if they're obviously hacks. :X

It's rather picky about it for some reason. I've seen someone with a Cyndaquil that knew Fly. o_O; I *assume* its mainly the status of the Pokemon (such as stats, EVs, IVs) that cause them to turn into Bad Eggs.

Pokesav Pokemon explode? Even if they're made to look perfectly legit to the very last aspect of it all?

I don't have a Wii, etc. or anything but I suppose that'd be an interesting way of checking if Pokemon you traded for are legit or not when all else has failed?!

I'm not too keen on the region locking but overall I'm great with PBR. It has a nice old school Stadium feel to it :D

You have no idea how much I hate Neon Colosseum. I always end up with my opponent's crappy pokemon on the Roulette, and if I'm lucky, maybe my weakest while they get my best. Most of their pokemon just knew special attacks! :I
