Upcomming Shaymin event

According to the link below there is an upcomming Shaymin event. The event is listed as being for North America, and I was wondering if it will also be available for all PAL regions like the current Mew event. Is this a trend to all North American events? Also do you know if you have to complete the game to be able to get it, or can you get it

According to Serebii link you provided, each region has their own wifi events that don't cross regions. If I have a U.S. copy of a game, I can access N.A. wifi events. Since I'm playing the import for Pokemon Black, I can access the wifi events for the Japanese release. If this conflicts with any information anyone else has, then by all means, please correct me. :)

To prevent any other confusion, the Shaymin event in question is listed as for the Pokemon Ranger: Tracks of Light game only and not the main series games. Sorry if you were hoping for another party addition for SoulSilver or HeartGold. :(

I also don't own a copy of this particular game (Pokemon Ranger: Tracks of Light) yet, but I'd think you can access any wifi events no matter where you're at in the main storyline.

Well the Mew event was listed as being for North America yet I was able to get a Mew even though I'm pretty much on the other side of the world, so I was hoping that I could do the same with the upcomming Shaymin event -even if I have to buy a new game for it.

It looks like I misread the article, sorry about that. It does say you can get a Shaymin which can be transferred to the main games. If you can access the N.A. wifi events for SS and HG, the only question that remains would be if the same can be said for this Pokemon Ranger game. I cannot answer that, but I hope someone else will. :)

the ranger game is called Guardian Signs, why the heck are they calling it Tracks of Light?
