If there is a move available for her to learn, you may consider something to cover her weakness to ground/rock. That's always my first concern with my team. Always make sure their weaknesses are covered the best you can.

I could give you three red and three blue shards if you wanted that many; I'd love an armor fossil, two water stones, a leaf stone, and two heart scales.

I'm happy with fodder on either side although if you want anything in particular I may have it or if you happen to have things I am missing (http://autumnfox.akrasiac.org/pokemissing.txt) that would be amazing. :)

I have nothing useful to say about Manectric other than I have Signal Beam on Ampharos and I basically never use it.

Sounds great! Fodder's fine for me, I'll take a rummage through my boxes and see if there's anything from your list, but there may not be- this is my Platinum game, and I never bothered with the pokedex on it. I'll be online in about 5 mins?

The problem with Smogon is that they make their recommendations based on an overly idealized metagame of their own design, where all Pokemon have perfectly tailored IVs, Stealth Rock is constantly in play, and the number of worthwhile hold items is countable on one hand. They generally have a point, but always take their words with a grain of salt. You should know your own play style, and dare to inject it into the Pokemon you raise ( ... )
