Manectric Moveset and Trading for Shards!

Good evening!

I'm looking to train a Manectric as a special sweeper, but I'm left a little uninspired by the moveset given on Somgon, which goes a little like this:
Manectric@ Life Orb
~ Thunderbolt
~ Flamethrower / Overheat
~ Hidden Power Grass
~ Charge Beam / Substitute

I'm happy with Thunderbolt and Flamethrower, but my girl has HP water, and I'm not keen on either of the options in the last slot. I'm tempted by Magnet Rise, but I'm looking for advice really. Is HP water worth using? Or Signal Beam? Any other thoughts?

I've also been digging in the underground for shards, but not having much luck. Anybody want to trade me red or blue shards in exchange for other stuff from the undergreound?
