I'm willing to make pretty big plushies, it's all a matter of how much the customer is willing/wants to/can afford to pay.
A 15" would be $28, for example. The biggest size I'm willing to make, and this is stretching it quite a bit, is one that is 43 inches (or just over 3 feet tall, which is the to-scale size according to the Pokédex), for around $65. Keep in mind that the bigger it is, the more shipping will cost, too.
Also, I should say up front that I don't think I'm going to find a color of fleece that matches the orange-brown color of Floatzel *exactly*, at best I would have to use a sort of dark orange color. I could try to tint the fleece the correct color, but that's iffy and it might actually end up harming the fleece rather than turning it the right color!
