[Ninetales is playing today.  Flicking something around, throwing it in the air and catching it, pouncing on it the funny way that foxes do.

What is she playing with?

Today, just about anything she can get her hands on.  Most likely, something of YOURS.

She might give it back, but she'll probably play with you first~]

[HEART ATTACK, he's running after you now!]

[She turns around, forelegs on the ground and growling playfully, the way dogs do. Her tails swished around, flicking up embers as they did.]

[Mesprit notices the Ninetales feeling rather happy. She smiles, seeing it toss up what looks like a blue cloth with darker blue stripes . . .]

Hmm . . . that looks like the scarf I have-- [She feels around her shoulders, finally noticing that the usual warmth is missing. Now she's figured it out.

And now she's running towards to you!] H-hey! That's my scarf!

[And with the sight of something running towards her, she pivots and dashes in the opposite direction!]

[Oh, she wants to play hard-to-get, huh? Mesprit stops, and she's rather stunned for a moment. Still, she manages to smirk a little when she realizes what's up.]

So, it's a chase you want, huh? [She puts on her "Im srs" face and dashes after Ninetales . . . she really wants her scarf back.] Then it's a chase you're going to get!

[IT REMINDS HER OF THE HUNT.

And that makes her RUN FASTER. She darts into the trees, extremely fast and agile, slinking under brush to try and slow her pursuer down.]

You can play with that clump of my hair it's okay.

[Yes, she is enjoying herself quite a bit, batting around this chunk of afro. She tries to bite it, since it is round like a ball, and let out a strangled sound of complaint since it was not only not tasty, but got tangled in her teeth and stuck to her mouth.

[Lol actually. As messy as her tails are, you could practically mistake them for a berry bush, there are so many berries caught in them. Perhaps she pulled out one of the thousands caught in her no-longer-groomed tails to play with.]

[After a bit, she notices the shuckle, and sits down, offering her tails. Which are filled with, among a full invetory of other items, HUNDREDS of berries.]
