[She playfully gums him a bit, eventually nabbing that nifty hat and jumping off, prancing away with it.]

[Ninetales is awesomely fast, but her endurance as an old-as-shit pokemon is pretty poor, so after a while she collapses, huffing and wheezing.]

[Ruby just jogged the whole time, mission success! He plops down beside Ninetales, leaning against her stomach]

You okay? A pretty Pokemon like you shouldn't overexert yourself.

[He will find that her stomach is breathing heavily and very quickly. She oooold, man, she doesn't have that youthful endurance anymore.]
