Wasn't there only one roller coaster at Lake WTF yesterday? And the Ferris Wheel wasn't decorated like that before... nor was it adjacent to a Love Tunnel

[And this teen is loving it. Or, well, he would, if he had any recollection as to when he'd ever decided he loved it. When had he ever gone on one to decide that? It was just a wheel that went around and up, right? So it's nothing special. this is obviously a more pressing issue then of where is he at the moment

Which is why he's standing in front of it, not quite sure how to approach it since it appears it requires two people and he doesn't even know one (besides the dragon in the ball he carries around, anyways, and that's definitely too big).]
