[Archie didn't even notice that mist last night. In fact, he didn't notice anything out of the ordinary at all until he started training this morning. He's currently watching his Sharpedo and Crobat face off. He isn't giving any verbal instructions to either of them. They attack and defend against one another easily, though Archie interrupts them after a moment.]

C'mon, try again. Sharpedo - don't bother tryin' to use Crunch on Crobat. He's too fast. Waterfall should be able to hit. [Crobat looks rather offended that Archie would be giving Sharpedo such detailed directions, but Archie turns to the bat next.] Don't bother tryin' to use Fly on him, Crobat. Rough Skin'll kick in an' do more damage.

[The Pokemon return to attacking and defending with Archie yelling encouragement at them. Everything is going fine until Crobat confuses Sharpedo with Confuse Ray. It would probably be smarter for Archie to get out of the way... but he ends up staring at Sharpedo as the shark launches a Crunch attack.] I told you not to--!
