...you seem more relaxed than he was, even then. Leader was always very forceful, and very strict about how he wanted things done - he was never sparing with punishment if things went badly, but he was also never...openly aggressive like that; he was usually calm, actually. Collected. A bit different from other people, yes, but men with vision usually are...I found him inspiring.
Other than that? I can't really say that I know you well enough to know exactly how similar you two might be.
