Wow, this is absolutely fascinating. You put so much love and effort into this mix, it's simply amazing! You've made me really, really curious about Gatchaman Crowds and Rui in particular; I do love your song choices very much. ♥

Thank you so much! I absolutely adore this character, and I'm glad you enjoy how much of that I tried to put in the mix -- and that you like the songs I chose, too. ♥ I highly enjoy Gatchaman Crowds, and if you end up checking it out, I hope you enjoy it! Either way, though, I'm glad for the chance to introduce people to Rui, just a little. c:

I'm not familiar with the fandom or character but wow there is so much effort in this and it really shows. I felt like you told a really great story here and captured this character through your choices!

Thank you so much! It was a lot of fun to make, and I adore Rui so much; I was glad to have the opportunity to share some of that love!

And I hope you enjoy it! I admit, the ending is weirdly rushed in the version that's available now; they had to chop it up due to airing times for the last two episodes being shorter than expected and wound up chopping off almost the entire second half of the final episode besides the epilogue. The Director's Cut of the final episode is going to be on the Blu-ray, but currently only a not-the-best-quality version of that episode is available online anywhere and it hasn't been subbed yet. It does give somewhat an idea of what happens, though, and hopefully a better version will be available and be given subtitles soon! And even with the confusion of the final episode, I highly enjoy the series and definitely recommend it. C:

Finally! I was looking forward to your mix, and you didn't let me down :D I liked how your mix had some variety between songs, but not too much that they clashed, and I really liked how well you've explained Rui's story - I could see why you chose those songs in particular. Save the World and Army of Two really tugged at my heartstrings here! You did such an amazing job I'm already looking for the first episode of Gatchaman Crowds, because the character you've presented is so interesting! Congratulations for an awesome mix!

Oh, and thank you for Fair to Midland; April Fools and Eggmen ended up making it to my own mix this round. XD

:D Ahh, gosh, I'm flattered! I'm really glad you think the songs worked together, I was hoping nothing would be clashy, and I'm glad I managed to describe Rui and her story well (and not be as tl;dr as I'd feared, haha). "Save The World" is one of my new favorite songs, seriously, so I'm glad you liked that one so much -- and "Army of Two" just fits X and Rui so well, for me, and their family/friendship.

I hope you enjoy the show (though see an above comment about a bit of weirdness; the final episode was sort of chopped up, but a better version will be available eventually and is currently available without subs, which is confusing but... makes the ending make a bit more sense anyway? haha), it's one of my favorite series now hands-down. And I hope you love Rui as much as I do! :D Thank you so much, again!

(And you're very welcome for Fair to Midland; I loved your use of "April Fools and Eggmen," and ended up really loving your Levi mix, too! He's such a great character and you did so well with him.)
