Which video is it? Is it Billy Blanks stuff? That looks fun, but tiring, heh.
Hmm, usually it seems like the first 10-15 lbs are the easiest to lose and then you hit a plateau. Your body probably gets used to that activity after awhile, so it takes more to get your body to burn excess calories. It's annoying, really.
Have you just started with it? Your muscles hurt for the first couple of weeks or so (I found) but after that... it just feels good (but tiring) when you do it :)

I get into it. Lose 10-15lbs then stop. I don't know why. I haven't figured it out yet.
