I just finished tidying up the apartment since we got notice today that tomorrow they are conducting apartment inspections. I think it's kind of silly. I've never lived in a city like this that seemed to do so many apartment inspections. But maybe that's because I've never lived on my own prior to the past couple of years

Ah, I hope so! Yeah it did. Took all of about a minute.

Yeah, we had annual inspections (for the purpose of appraising the apartment's value, or something like that) in a place I used to live. That was the annual clean-up.

I'm not sure what it was for. Probably looking for damages or something like that.
