I feel so much better after some severe self-criticism. I find that odd.

I just watched the last half hour of the E! True Hollywood Story of Mario Lopez. I was surprised that his life wasn't very interesting after his role of A.C. Slater on Saved By The Bell ended. Not. I was sitting at a bus stop on 36th street and Indian school this evening at about 8:30, a car passes me. As the vehicle made its way by me, the man in the passenger seat gives me a real "fuck you"-look. He then proceeds to say to me, in a very hostile tone of voice, "Fuck you!" Pats on the back aren't nearly as rewarding as they use to be.
Not to mention that they're so far in between one another in recent months.

Could I attribute this to either lack of praise-worthy actions on my part or am I simply surrounded by assholes?

I just don't even know some days.

I'm stressed all the time.

I don't sleep well anymore. That use to be my thing, sleep that is. I was so good at closing my eyes, dreaming something pleasant and waking up refreshed.

Now, I toss and turn, have nightmares and wake up feeling whatever is the opposite of being refreshed.

It takes more and more to make me feel like myself.
