Neil had been busy while Todd had been working. He’d scouted out the spot he thought would be perfect, not too far from the main Bar but far enough that they wouldn’t be disturbed, then he’d gone in to the Bar and quietly put in his request for food and the other items he needed. A wide grin lit up Todd's face at the sight. He glanced over to the other young man.

"N-Neil? You did all of this? It's, uh, wow!" He sat down on the blanket by Neil, still looking at everything in amazement. Neil had worked the cork free and poured some of the sweet smelling cider into the glasses, one of which he now held out to Todd.

Technically it was his second or third, but he wasn't going to correct him. Not after all the effort Neil put into this.

"Well, you did a great job. Starry canopy with red and gold feather leaves, a cool breeze, and uh, wow, that looks like a lot of food. You don't think it's too much?" Then again, they were young men, and any parent can remark on how fast the type can go through a seeming mountain of food. And yet still ask for dinner two hours later.

He took the offered glass, and held it up in a brief toast, peering at Neil's profile through the bubbling cider. He softly replied, "Thank you for all of this."
