The episode of Lost last night was really cool. At least my Arabic is still enough to keep up with bits and pieces. I could also understand a lot of the interpersonal information. And it was weird that I understood enough of the Russian to know what was being said, to a degree. Very cool

I am glad you liked the show. I, myself, stopped watching it when I found I cold no longer keep myself emotionally invested in the characters and story enough to bother setting the VCR. No matter how I tried to rationalize it, I just wasn't entertained any more. Heroes is the ONLY show on broadcast TV I watch..or BBC america.

That's so cool about understanding Arabic & Russian on a TV show! My video-biz friend Mark and I are hanging out with Indians a lot lately, so we're both thinking of taking up Hindi.
