Well... My Aniversary was a lot of fun. Being married to wintermoon3  has been the best thing I have ever done. Really. Granted I have been in other relationships that were really powerful, but it seems as if they were just to get me to where I am today. From what I can tell, soldiergrrrl  feels the same way. It really is. Things are far better than I could ever have imagined. My wife is incredible and I am constantly in awe of her. I really lucked out with her.

Happy (very late) anniversary.

I totally get where you're coming from, what with the idea that all the stuff you've gone through having prepared you for where you are. Yeah, so get that.

I'm sorry that Alison turned out to be someone you no longer recognize, although I'm still not really sure "Republican" should be an epithet.

;-) One of these days, I'd like to reclaim my party and kick them out of my ovaries. We'll see though...

Well, Republicans in and of themselves aren't bad. It was the party of Lincoln. But the Party seems to have strayed far afield from its roots and that is sad. Reclaiming the party might be a good thing.

Heh. I thought of you a couple of times when I was in Atlanta. A really good friend of mine took me to a place called the Brick Store on the square in Decatur. I had a cherry lambic, and a Flemish sour the first night, another lambic, and some Trappist ale with dinner last night. You'd really enjoy this place, since it's got a six page beer menu, arranged by type, and country. Fantastic stuff, and I've finally figured out that I really prefer the sour finishes to the bitter.

Thanks for that.

Next time I am in Atlanta I will have to go there. I really wouldn't mind getting some Trappist ale.
