WOW! This has been seriously SO awesome! The story rocks and the way you've recorded it is just so incredible! I absolutely loved their different voices, it was so easy to know who was speaking. Your soft Gerard voice made me grin a bit stupidly every time he said something and Frank's grumble/growling fitted his character so perfectly... * happy sigh * Bob was a bit too low to my liking, but it was almost comic and I usually can't take Bob seriously anyway... It was cool how you managed to keep it the whole time, it must have been quite demanding not to forget to switch from one character to the other. Also, how did you manage to make Frank's mum sounds so caring??? :D Thanks for picking the story and for making it this awesome!
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it, and especially happy that you liked the voices. (Yeah, Bob hits the very bottom of my range and sometimes sounds funny to me as well. *shrug*) My trick for switching voices: I paste the story into Word and color-code the dialogue (example from a different project here). Makes it MUCH easier to remember to switch from one person's voice to another. As for Frank's mom... I was basically imitating my own mom. Except with less of a southern-USA accent. :)
