Hi, internet. Today I went back to work and spent the day hiding from HR because my doctor was out of the office and thus could not fax them a doctor's note saying that I was allowed to come back to work, so they were threatening to send me home. Ugh ( Read more... )

Well, you know how much I like it, but obviously I can't be objective about how it works for someone who wasn't, you know, texting you back and forth about it and has that background. Still, <3

I am weirdly worried about my secret mutant sign-up this year, I don't even know. Prompts are hard. I feel some sort of weird duty to have them being really balanced between genres and themes and stuff? I'm crazy.

Don't worry! I mean, prompts are hard, but balanced schmalanced. Mine are like, "Old retired dudes," "babies!," "Erik and Moira!" and "BY THE WAY DID YOU KNOW ERIK IS JEWISH? JEWISHJEWISHJEWISH." I am predictable.

Well, if nothing else, I don't want to only give for my non-gen prompts stuff that would make someone feel bad if they can't/don't do porn, you know? So I can't just be "SEX POLLEN!!!!!" for everything.

I don't know how old he was supposed to be in that fic, but at least in his twink-y years he wasn't all that strongly built? But if CHarles was an adult in the fic then yeaaah.

Oh no, it was mansion fic. /o\ The second it became clear that it was going to fall into the usual slash fic heterosexist "one of them is big and mean and always on the top, one of them is small and frail and quiet and always on the bottom" dynamic, I should have hit the back button, but my brain was broken that morning D:
