Yeah! I encountered it a lot leading up to the Avengers movie! People were like, "Ugh, I wonder who will get jossed in the Avengers?" and I was SO confused and kind of like, "Um, all of us? Because it's not out yet?" but apparently some people use it to mean killing off a character? Which is incorrect, for serious.
