I get all anxious about stuff and don't feel like putting in the effort to keep up with my Facebook games, of all things, and ignore them for days at a time, then feel guilty. Le sigh. I am glad you are feeling better, though. I promise on...whatever...that I do not hate you. ;) I think I want to hear about this Best Ever RPF, though.
Oh god, I get the same way with games on my phone! Sometimes I ignore Tiny Tower for days because I miss a few restocks and feel so overwhelmed by it!
The general idea for The Best XMFC RPF Ever started with littledust. It is a bakery AU where James McAvoy runs an up-and-coming bakery in London and finds himself completely smitten with this beautiful woman who starts getting breakfast at his bakery in the mornings. He keeps trying to give her extra stuff and do other goofy things as subtle signs of his affection, but he's a giant goober and she's like, "Uh, I appreciate the thought, but it's 6am and I really don't think I could eat a cupcake right now, even if it's free."
He spends a lot of time waxing poetic about the mystery girl to his roommate/BFF, Benedict Cumberbatch, who mostly makes fun of him ("She's taller than you! Contrary to whatever delusions you might have, women don't usually go for the short pasty guys.") when he's not yammering on about his favorite teevee show in the world, Elementary or the fansite he runs for the star,

o.O I would read this RPF, and I'm not overly fond of the genre. This, however, sounds full of squeefulness and adorableness. Stress baking! Lucy Liu! Fainting! Yay.
I'm sorry to hear about these hard times, but glad you're feeling a bit better! All those time-off things (the comics, XMFC RPF, and times with friends) sound lovely. Also: you are awesome, and I have loved hanging out with you at your fangirl party & mutant feelings party this year, and hope to hang out again when we get a chance! (On my end, that would involve emerging from this terrifying enormous pile of work for a new job, but... I can always hope!)
I'll still load up the Anne-Marie tumblr. Are you behind the annmariedufffeelings tumblr, or is there another lovely likeminded person I have to thank for that? Either way, I think I am only using tumblr because of the awesome fanart that you and littledust showed us from your tumblrs at the XMFC party. But as usual, my version of online social life is... just reading fannish things and chuckling about how much older and more stodgy I am than everybody else (except on LJ).
Any time you want to hang out, please let me know! I am always up for hangs and my social calendar is not usually quite as packed as it's been recently! :D
I am the person who does the Anne-Marie tumblr! Because it clearly should exist and otherwise I would be very tempted to just post fifteen pictures a day to my own tumblr. It's seriously like high school again. The number of photos I have saved on my harddrive is embarrassing XD And I need to share those photos with the world, obvs.

The other day I got a Hulk Dr Pepper out of a vending machine and thought of you.
Batwoman is really ridiculously good. It's the first DC book I've ever really read and I would pretty much tell anyone to read it. Kate Kane is sooooooooo amazing.
And I am super jealous of your Hulk Dr. Pepper :( I keep getting Hawkeye! I don't care about Hawkeye, sorry to say. I would care about basically anyone else (except Loki) more.

Yeah, Tumblr's just.....really stressing me out. I mean, I know, intellectually, that everyone doesn't hate me, etc, but the whole platform makes me feel really stupid and makes me angry so it's probably best to avoid it for at least a little while, until I get less crazy. UGH. I feel so dumb. Normal people can use the internet without being lunatics about it like this.
