Can you please add Revenge, Ringer, Switched At Birth, and The Lying Game to the list of fandoms? If you can't find better summaries:

Revenge: The Counte of Monte Cristo is a pretty blonde twenty-something in the Hamptons.

Ringer: Buffy plays identical twins, or something.

Switched At Birth: teenage girls, as described in the title.

The Lying Game: the other show about an actress playing identical twins, but this one is set in high school.

Wizards of Waverly Place: An antisocial girl torments her family, who can't stand her. She and her brothers will fight to obtain the ability to do magic tricks.

Secret Life of the American Teenager: If you graduate without getting pregnant/getting someone pregnant, you're doing wrong.
(This wasn't on TV Tropes, so I just made it up.)

Wicked: Passionate animal rights activist with a weird skin condition learns magic, befriends the Alpha Bitch, steals her boyfriend, and sets up the Alpha Bitch as a benevolent dictator by faking her own death. Her sister also becomes dictator of an agricultural Ruritania and then dies violently (though she might have survived after all).

24: A very determined government agent has a really bad day.

Oooh, I’d like to rec the movie, The Eagle

Honorably discharged centurion (Duke from GI Joe) from the Roman Army broods some on his career ending injury then decides to search for a gold-painted metal eagle in Caledonia with no plan and his maybe not so loyal slave (Billy Elliot). What could possibly go wrong? Also, very heterosexual “Brokeback Eagle” is very heterosexual because TPTB say so.
