And the fest is a lot of fun! It's mostly silly stuff making fun of fandom cliches that you pick up from your flisties. You should take a look at last year's fest, if only because ti was hilarious and it's a fun read XD

Seriously, read through last year's fest. It's AMAZING. People who don't even write fic wrote things and they were HILARIOUS and sometimes even SO SPOT ON.
