I am not on the internet very much because I am travelling the world with a cat rodeo. It is a hard life, but the tiny cat cowboy hats make it all worthwhile.
I am currently writing an AU where Magneto is a great white shark and Charles is a professional shark hunter. Hank builds him a special shark-hunting boat. Would you be willing to beta-read the sex scene?

I live in NJ right now - although I'm down the other end close to Philadelphia. My LJ name is from a Dungeons & Dragons character I used to play far far too many years ago - she was a druid who really knew how to kick ass & shoot lightning bolts and everything. I'm gay, too - but that doesn't stop me from staring at pretty men and wishing they'd do stuff with eachother so I can watch (and take notes.) I also like bad movies - I'm a David Caruso fan, so it's kind of a requirement.
And I'm having this chicken/noodle/carrot/mustardy leftover thingy for dinner. It's good - you toss it in a crock pot and just let it cook all day.
Feel free to friend - I can't remember if you have or not - but I have Cantonfic on my LJ if that weighs the decision in my favor. *Waves again*

Canton makes my heart happy in a way few other characters ever have. Part of it was timing--he was a character I needed and connected with so viscerally at a sort of nebulous time in my life. But, oh my heart, Canton. ♥
Oh, I miss Jersey. Mostly the food. And my family and friends, I guess XD What I wouldn't give for pizza and bagels and diners and all of those wonderful things. I will never understand how New Jersey is the only place that seems to know how diners work. THEY'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO CLOSE, GUYS.
I had too much gin, I think, because I am hella tired despite sleeping in. (I'm still trying to chase off the rest of that post-con slump.) I was hoping to write about mutants tonight, but instead it appears I will be going to bed in the next ten minutes XD
I'm not new... but I found you through someone else being all there is this writingchatthingy we write and chat and thingy. Since then I have happily lurked your journal and read my favourite posts out to others- to their amusement or irritation depending on if I am reading it over something they are watching on television.
I love the ponds and eleven and the gwen and Ianto and barrowman too ^_~
Ooh yes definitely able to sign up for that then - was worried but even for a lady person whose voice I am not entirely comfortable with I can do a good fic of at least 500 in length. From the Martha image I am assuming that most of the ladies will be ones I am comfortable with writing though. Thanks!

I've been basically planning on buying the dvd since I walked out of the movie for the first time, adulthood be damned. I NEED MUTANTS ALL THE TIME EVERY DAY. And their stupid tragic faces on my teevee :(:
