I just want him to be on Team Eleventy, running around, being all brilliant and cool and funny and hanging out with the guys. SOMETIMES HIS BOYFRIEND COMES. The Doctor takes them on a date to the future! It's awesome!

If you're at all interested in Inception fic, this is a great rec post sorted by plot type/sexiness, so you can pick and choose the sort of story you feel like reading. I know it's not the same as having Canton fic materialize out of thin air, but with as much as you love Ianto I think you could really appreciate Arthur, bless his uptight little suit-wearing heart.
Not fandom unpopular, just harder to find good fic for. I've found it's easier to just give in and go wherever the good writers have gone. I'm easily swayed by good writing and naked hot people, as it turns out. People keep telling me Hawaii 5-0 is the other cool place to be, but I haven't given in on that one yet. I don't really want to see any of them more naked than they get on the show, in prime time.
Have you thought of what other shows/books/whatever you DO like, and gone looking for fic even if they don't have a fandom? Maybe Yuletide would have something unexpected to entertain you for awhile.
If you've read all the Good Omens fic ever you have already read irisbleufic's GO fic, but I feel like I should rec all of it again because she's one of my favorite authors on the whole wide internets.
And if you do come across any Canton fic, you should link it up, because he is MADE OF AWESOME and I could be entertained by him FOREVER.
Love posts for non-main characters are the best thing ever. I would totally read Canton fic, but I obviously can't write his suave 60s-ness. Did you see how he was totally bowled over but he was all "I am only slightly confused" about it? And he's all, "eat that, Mr. President. :p" but suavely.

Have you thought of what other shows/books/whatever you DO like, and gone looking for fic even if they don't have a fandom? Maybe Yuletide would have something unexpected to entertain you for awhile.
