I can't remember the last time there was a character I fell in love with this quickly. I mean, Amy and Eleven, probably, but they're the Doctor and his companion. There's, you know, background there. But here comes Canton Everett fucking Delaware III out of NOWHERE and he is now the 24 hour star of my heart. WHO KNEW?
My newest favorite Canton thing is how, in 6.01, after Rory and Canton catch up with the Doctor and the rest, the Doctor's like, "Alright, Canton?" and Canton just says, "Nice wheels." alskfjaewiofjlsdkf HEARTS IN MY EYES.
THAT'S MY PROBLEM. I mean, I have two other fics in progress that don't involve a lot of FBI background, but my brain won't let me write them until I write the FBI backstory fic! DAMN YOU, MIND.
I love that so far I have not seen a single person express dislike of Canton. Like, y'all know I'm not really in fandom, but EVERYBODY LOVES CANTON. EVERYBODY. Because? HE IS THE BEST.

I like thinking that his boyfriend looks like this!!! I want this like burning. And yes, I need the fic like burning too.
And maybe, maybe his boyfriend is like a distant American cousin of Martha? Or maybe he's a British transplant. But how cool would that be???
