I wish a Sorkin show was my life, a lot of the time.

Just. Everything you said in this post is so true. I'm rewatching Sports Night as well--thank you for that, by the way--and I'd. Forgotten. How much it makes my heart hurt. I was crying when Dan did the speech about his brother in the second episode, and I laugh and I just. I love that.

When I get back to school, I'm making my (adopted) children watch some Sports Night with me, because. Because.

Just. God. I feel you so much on this and I'm glad it's helping a little bit and if you need anything else, I'm here. Not much of an offer, but it stands.

Let's talk about when we have Fangirl Central, how we will talk like we are in a Sorkin show all the time. You know, if Sorkin characters talked about John Barrowman and t-rexes and Rossi the Drunken Whale and shit like that. ;)

Agreed. Sorkin puts me in a happy place, no matter what. Even SN S2.

The only downside to Sports Night is that it spoils you for the real-world workplace. Why are not all bosses like Isaac, why?
