scrollgirl texted me this morning and asked what my screen resolution was. And I had no idea why she cared, but texted her back and then went about my day and then went to work AND THEN I CAME HOME! AND THEN THERE WAS THIS!

*giggles at you* I'm pleased beyond words you like it so much! I loved going back into the fics and choosing the moments I loved best and wanted to capture -- ferris wheel, the napkins lost to the washing machine, Sam asking why Iowa -- and then blending stuff together to make pretty, pretty pictures! (I'm not gonna tell you how much time I spent on this when I should've been doing that for which I get paid.)

Anyway, I had fun! I love art! I love the Iowa series and I love you!

I sat down to write report card comments the other day and then had to stop and just go home because I was apparently just exhausted. Because everything I wrote was like, "Your kid's okay, but OH MY GOD they drive me crazy with XYZ." I mean, nicer, but still. I'm going to tackle them again later this week and hope they turn out better.

Yeah, I wrote my note today and it was still a little snippy. I passive agressively used the highlighter to emphasize stuff like "take from the boxes when you restock NOT the shelves" and... yes. I felt justified, though, when I was muttering about it under my breath and one of my coworkers agreed with me!

So we have boxes and boxes of Twilight backstock, right? And it's just piled in front of the regular backstock shelves, five of which are devoted to Twilight as well. Kim and I fill the shelves and keep telling people to replenish from the BOXES not from the shelves, going so far as to put post-it notes on the shelves saying, "Please take from the boxes!" and I went back there last night and the boxes were all pushed out of the way and there were tons of books missing from the shelves. THIS IS LIKE THE NINTH TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I HATE EVERYONE.

I would appreciate cupcakes in jail ♥
