1. The thing I miss most about Mailing Lists (besides EVERYTHING) is Pass-A-Parties. What happened to the giant self-insert fics where you throw a party in a character from your fandom's mansion with all your friends and also save the world? Did they die with the Mailing List? That's just tragic.

Two things:

1) most of my flist is anti-children and keeps making comments about how awful kids are and how having kids is the worst thing ever and only freaks want children and every time someone says that I feel victimised. Haha. But on the other hand, two people on my flist are pregnant so now I have lots of yay!children posts to balance it out.

2) I LOVE Torchwood but still can't bring myself to buy the box set (not that it's available here yet) because I already have all the episodes and it's such a lot of money to spend for a few special features. I will anyway eventually, or I'll feel bad. Probably.

Actually, 3) I LOVE YOU.

I feel the SAME WAY with my f-list sometimes! I mean, some of them are really nice about their anti-kid-ness. (My cousin quatredeathlady, for example) But most of them call people who want kids "breeders" and despise even the thought of children. I just don't understand it at all! BABIES ARE CUTE, OKAY? And then, you know, they're yours and you can take care of them and yell at them and make them do shit until their 18 but still live in your house anyway.

Anyway. Yay children!

Also, I do like Torchwood but it's soooo expensive. If it were regularly $48 and I could get it for around $30 during this sale, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

I DON'T CRITICISE YOU FOR NOT WANTING CHILDREN, OKAY? WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE SO OBNOXIOUS? I get enough of that already from being Catholic, hahaha. My friends are so weird. "Christian" and "wanting kids" shouldn't be minority groups!
