So, yesterday Wednesday, _morning_glow was here! And we went to Colbert!

But first off, she gave me my (belated) birthday presents + presents from Italy&Hawaii! And they were AWESOME. Most of them involved dinosaurs! One of them involved a scorpion! It's glass and it lives on my computer speakers now. Its name is Robert Sean Leonard, in honor of Scorpion

YAY for Colbert Report! I have recently started watching it, due to flist influences. *glares slightly*

I think my project over break is going to be watching as much of Colbert Report and Strangers With Candy as possible. Hee!

The whole fake news hour was basically my life at one point. I'm pretty much a loser XD

I love TCR. I didn't think it would last, which shows how much I know and how good I am at predicting these things. However, as much as I love it, Jon Stewart remains my husband. ::pets him:: I"m glad you're watching, though! It's good stuff! XD

And SWC is just like.... really, really good crack. You watch it like, "omg I can't believe that just happened!" and it's hilARious the entire time XD

Ahahaahaha, awesome! It was so weird, the last time I went to a taping, there was like, a mini LJ reunion in the comments of someone's LJ. Someone commented and was like, "I was there!" and then I commented and said i was too and then a third person was like "ME TOO" and none of us had known each other outside of our mutal friend. CRAZY TIMES. Colbert brings folks together.

ME TOO. After I got over the hilarity (I'll have to ask some of the in-the-know folks on my f-list if they do that every time--it's the first time I've heard it and if it was just a coincidence it's EVEN MORE FUNNY), I turned to _morning_glow and was like, "WOW, I'M BACK IN SEVENTH GRADE."
