NOW has been out of step for quite some time. Then again, it's NY NOW, too, so what the hell. I speak for me and there's a variety of people I agree with and a whole bunch I don't. God, just look at this guy on my blog today, who says that women should 'take control' of their lives so as to avoid being beaten by batterers---not that he's blaming the victim or anything. After all, she LET herself get kidnapped twice.
