Book flags are helpful as well. You can use them to make particular passages. You should ask him about his shelving system. Mine is by subject matter but most people alphabetize either by title or author.

There's more then one way to shelve a book? I should have guessed! What kind of subjects do you prefer to group by? [All smiles! Such a nice young man.]

Whatever the subject matter the text covers. For example, science, physics or mathematics. Sometimes with literature I'll group it according to century and genere; 15th Century Arthurian Legend for example.

No... I'm pretty sure Klarth was the one who tripped over the stack! But don't worry. We'll make things nice and neat and manageable and no one needs to worry about tripping over the books again! Besides, there was hardly a place to sit and eat in here anyway.

[He appreciates it. He truly does appreciate everything she has done for him thus far. Her cooking is excellent though a little variety would not hurt;;;. He hadn't seen the kitchen as beautiful as it was now in ages and foremost the company was great, even forgetting about the fact that he had a ticking problem only a month ago.

....BUT.

The hours of research he had done was tossed out the window in a matter of seconds due to her spontaneous drive to start cleaning. Klarth slumped further to the thought again as he made his way home from the store with the said bookmarks and a few shelves in hand that he planned on tacking onto the wall. He just hoped the selected books were at least placed together in a pile so he didn't have to look through them all again. Though he had to smile a little recalling having gone through the same thing with Mirald in his world. How she tolerated him enough as it was. Ah, woman are truly something, he thought.

Finally making it to the door, he managed to tap on the door as he called out loudly.]

[AP:] jdkls He actually brought shelves!

[Have a flying door! Except it's not really flying, but is opening and Jennifer's looking just a little flush from her exertions but the inside of the room is mostly spotless and the books are neatly organized into stacks on the table and pressed up against the wall and oh look! The current book shelves are filled.

And... yes, the books even have all the previously open pages marked with little slips of spare paper. Jennifer wasn't entirely so cruel as to lose all those spots especially after being yelled at! Klarth will just, uh... need to figure out which ones are which all over again.]

There you are! You're just in time. I was beginning to run out of space.

[Shoos you in!]

[He backed up, startled to the sudden opening of the door, while studying her face.]

Y-Yes?

[He briefly looked past her to see that everything was so neatly put away in its place. It actually looked like a home now unlike the pig sty it was. Klarth glanced back to Jennifer with a smile.]

You've truly out done yourself this time it seems.

[And in he went with her little encouragement to shuffle inside, settling the loose shelves and book marks down onto the table.]

Hmm? [Looking over to his books.] !! This is...

[Noticing the pieces of paper stuck in between the pages, he couldn't help, but lightly laugh and gratefully smile even more.]

[Well, hopefully he won't look to closely at all the books. There's a good third at least that are missing bookmarks. She, uh... didn't really start until she got scolded.]

Oh no! Not at all. It's just a little spring cleaning, and the weather's nice outside too so I took the liberty of hanging your bedding Mattress? where it will see a breeze. I hope you don't mind!

[And she'll just pick up a shelf and examine it and then take a glance around the room. Where to put it...]

[blank stare and then a fluster] Oh, they're not my books! Although I do profess to reading a few novels here and there, but these are for Klarth. They're his research books!
