That was kind of cool. I never really thought very hard about which secondary characters I enjoyed more than others. When you start thinking about Mrs. Palmer versus Mrs. Elton, etc., it opens up a whole different area for discussion. It's funny that she has clergymen as comic relief in two novels, yet two of her heroes are clergymen. Are they admirable or ridiculous? Then of course, there are the scheming females - who could be more mercenary - Mary or Lucy? I'm going to have to find out if one of my staffers has taken this survey - she's a member of JASNA...

Yeah, I thought some of the questions were interestingly worded and paired too. I may just have to go to Chicago to see what comes of this.
