I think since you're the only one who's said anything about the apple/pear tart things, I'll make them another time (unless the mood takes me tomorrow afternoon!). they taste best hot with icecream anyway, Ill do them as a pudding one night. :)

I've checked the jar of stuff and it does say that the mixed peel that's included is partly orange peel, but it's quite far down the list, which probably means there's not a lot of it. I might have to make something else for you?!
